Eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to service delivery.
If you cancel your booking before healthcare staff have been dispatched to your location, you are eligible for a complete refund of any advance payment made. No cancellation charges apply.
If healthcare staff have already been dispatched to your location, the refund amount will depend on the stage of service delivery and the applicable partner hospital's cancellation policy. Partial refunds may apply based on services already rendered.
In cases where AIDO is unable to fulfil your booking, you will receive a full refund:
Once a healthcare service has been fully completed and delivered, the associated charges are non-refundable. This applies to all professional medical services rendered at your location.
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 working days and credited through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Actual credit timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
