About AIDO

AIDO Healthcare Services is operated by DPDPD Private Limited. The platform enables the booking of home healthcare services, connecting patients with licensed partner hospitals and healthcare professionals across India.

Nature of the Platform

AIDO operates as a digital healthcare facilitation platform providing:

  • Technology infrastructure
  • Booking coordination
  • Payment facilitation
โš ๏ธ AIDO does not provide medical services or treatment. All clinical care is delivered exclusively by licensed partner hospitals.

Partner Hospital Network

All healthcare services are delivered by licensed partner hospitals and their authorized healthcare professionals. AIDO coordinates access to this network but does not employ or direct clinical staff.

Clinical Responsibility

All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are the exclusive responsibility of the hospital's licensed healthcare professionals. AIDO has no involvement in clinical decisions.

User Responsibilities

By using AIDO, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
  • Follow medical advice provided by healthcare professionals
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

Booking & Availability

Services are subject to availability, geographic coverage, and partner hospital capacity. AIDO makes reasonable efforts to confirm service availability before booking confirmation.

Payments & Billing

AIDO facilitates payment collection on behalf of partner hospitals. The final invoice is issued directly by the partner hospital and reflects the services rendered. Platform convenience fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery and the applicable hospital policy. Please refer to our dedicated Support & Refund Policy for full details on cancellation timelines and refund processing.

Limitation of Liability

AIDO is not liable for medical outcomes, clinical decisions, or any harm resulting from healthcare services provided by partner hospitals. Our liability is limited to the role of a technology intermediary.

Emergency Disclaimer

๐Ÿšจ AIDO is NOT designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately call emergency services (112) or visit your nearest hospital.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
